Bone Creek
The 19 MW Bone Creek hydroelectric project is located 90 km south of Valemount, B.C., near the town of Blue River. It is expected to have a long-term average generation of 72 GWh per year.
Bone Creek has a 20-year PPA for all power produced, expiring 20 years from the date the facility becomes commercially operational.
Respectful of the traditional territory of the Simpcw First Nation in which this project is located, we work with the Simpcw First Nation to provide benefits such as contracts, employment, environmental monitoring and investment opportunities.
